Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days and typically arrive within 8-10 business days. Custom orders and crochet orders may take 7-10 business days to ship.
Shipping options: $3.99 or FREE (with no other discounts)
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
- International Shipping: 8-12 business days
Returns
We accept returns on all non-custom and crochet items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were received.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team
- Receive your return authorization
- Ship the item back using our prepaid label
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. All hand-beaded, bedazzled phone cases and crochet sleeves will take 10-15 business days to ship.
